What we ask from you?
- You need to have proven working experience as HR manager and ideally 4+ years of increasingly responsible Human Resources Management experience with at least 2+ years in a senior-level HR management role of preferably an international company
What would you do:
- You would be accountable for annual staffing plans and to report for regular and temporary headcount
- You would be accountable for training and development strategy, leadership, effectiveness program, succession planning/talent development, individual development plans competency models, mentor programs, and employee engagement.
- You will be accountable for compensation and benefits programs design and guidelines as well as salary planning.
- You would provide us the consultation on job analysis and leveling, leave management etc.
- In general, we need a key that would always unlock the potential of our whole team, individually and as a whole.
